Refund Policy

We will refund you if we determine that we have provided a service that is not up to our standard.

Please read the service/ product descriptions carefully before purchasing. For example the car scan service does not guarantee the resolution of your cars problems, however it may be helpful in providing information and the air conditioning recharge service may resolve your problem if the cause was a lack of refrigerant, however if another cause was the problem it may not help.

Cancellation policy

You can cancel your appointment up to 12 hours before the time your scheduled appointment via the website or contacting the company via email, text message or phone call and receive a purchase price refund. Refund may take up to 10 working days to process and will be to the same payment method used for purchase.

If you cancel your appointment later than 12 hours before the appointment time, then we are unable to provide a refund. This is because we need to prepare to attend your appointment.

We may cancel your appointment if we determine that the service selected is not suitable or we are unable to provide the service. We will do our best to avoid cancelling your appointment. If this occurs you will be refunded purchase price to the payment method used.
